If you believe you would benefit from support, you are more than welcome to book an initial appointment with Kaity. She accepts clients both privately and from referrals, such as from General Practitioners or schools. 

If you do not have a referral, you may wish to visit your GP/Doctor to discuss your concerns. They may be able to provide you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), which makes you eligible for a $149.05 rebate per session for up to 10-sessions per calendar year.

If you are a part of the Australian Defence Force, or have Private Health Insurance you may also be eligible for a rebate on appointments. 

To book an appointment with Kaity, you can either fill out the form at the bottom of the page, or phone/email the clinic you would like to attend. Kaity operates out of two clinics, and provides telehealth services via video or phone.

• The cost of a 50-minute appointment is $250 (or $104.75 out-of-pocket with a MHTP). Please note that from the 24th of August, 2026, the price will increase to $262.50 (or $113.45 out-of-pocket with a MHTP). 
• NDIS funded appointments are $252.99, with no out-of-pocket cost.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know before 10am the business day prior to your scheduled appointment (or 10am Friday for Monday appointments). Appointments cancelled after 10am the business day prior are considered late cancellations, and incur the full appointment fee.
